Sales Manager

Overview:

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations, meeting targets, as an individual contributor in your designated area. The role involves strategic planning, enhancing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilitie

  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services. Connection with Channel
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Address customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure customer
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure they are Report on the performance of the sales team, market trends, and sales activities to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
  • Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or similar senior sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
