EFC (I) Limited and Pepperfry Limited have signed a term sheet to establish a joint venture aimed at scaling their furniture manufacturing, logistics, and display studio businesses across India. This collaboration seeks to combine EFC’s expertise in managing coworking and business spaces with Pepperfry’s leadership in the furniture and home goods industry, thereby creating value for stakeholders, customers, and partners. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of March 2025, pending regulatory approvals.
