EFC (I) Ltd. has reported a remarkable surge in its consolidated net profit for the second quarter of FY25, reaching Rs 36.56 crore, a significant 391% increase compared to the same period last year. This strong performance was driven by a 63% growth in consolidated revenues to Rs 166.44 crore. Rental income contributed 54% to the company’s revenue, while fit-out contracts accounted for the remaining 46%. EFC has expanded its capacity by over 22.5% in recent months, now offering over 50,000 seats, reflecting the growing demand for co-working spaces in the Indian market.
